Here is the Beijing duck that we had 2 days ago! The restaurant was in a huge building that was more than 4 stories tall! The duck was baked in a huge oven and was really tender! We were told that the best part of the duck was it's skin, and when I ate it, it melted in my mouth because it was mostly fat :) but it was still really good food! To eat the meat, you dipped it in a sweet and salty sauce and then wrapped it in a sort of Chinese tortilla!
