In the courtard in the forbidden city there are a pair of 2 bronze lions!!! It's sort of odd because lions are not native animals to china!! Gerald said they heard about them through neighboring countries in India!! But these 2 lions are the largest in china, and are meant as a symbol of power in china!! Since these 2 are th largest, then it makes since that the emperor has these in his city because he was the most powerfullmman in China!!!
